Key Responsibilities – to direct our accounting team and assist in providing:
·Quality control of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
·Quality control of revenue and expense entries and NOI reporting
·Quality control of bank and balance sheet reconciliations
·Quality control of inter-company reconciliations
·Assist in consolidation of accounting records
·Assist in cash flow reporting and projections
·Capital project reporting of construction projects
·Report and analyze quarterly repairs and maintenance costs and margins
·Manage and control financial inventory and variances
·Coordinate annual inventory count, valuating and reporting
·Create and maintain formal budget process and reporting
·Payroll administration
·Pre-audit reviews and preparation of year-end working papers
·Review, monitor and maintain existing processes and controls
·Development of accounting, administrative and costing processes and systems
·Analyze costs to support management decisions
·Participate in evaluation of new products and/or services
Qualifications and Competencies:

Summary of Professional Experience Desired:

·Strong computer skills, highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and a typical accounting software package
·Experience with MRI or similar Property Management software is an asset
·Experience with SQL databases is an asset
